Hello! I’m David, an Ohio native with over a decade of experience in the construction industry right here in the Greater Cleveland area. I hold a Construction Management Degree from Ohio State, which has equipped me with the knowledge and skills to manage a wide range of construction projects effectively.

Throughout my career, I’ve gained invaluable experience across every facet of the custom design and renovation process. From new builds to renovations and even the construction supply chain, I’ve had the opportunity to immerse myself in the industry. My journey has fueled my passion for creating a client-focused experience. I’ve seen firsthand the inefficiencies that can arise and feel called to optimize the process to make it seamless and enjoyable for clients.

On a personal note, I’m happily married to my high school sweetheart, and together we have three wonderful kids. Family is incredibly important to me, and I bring that same sense of care and dedication to every project I undertake.

Being a general contractor, our home renovation services include most interior remodels. This includes custom kitchen remodeling, ceilings, flooring, bathroom remodeling, accessibility modification, custom cabinetry, basement remodeling, outdoor kitchens, and much more! We handle all aspects of your remodeling project from top to bottom.

Many times the answer is yes! Sometimes we can better utilize existing closets, knock down walls, replace unused tubs with more modern sleek shower designs, replace cabinets, and more. We are very good at making smaller spaces function like bigger spaces. Our bathroom remodels have included new flooring, new ceilings, new countertops, new fixtures, spa-like showers, frameless showers, beautiful tile work, great lighting, his and hers sinks, and the list goes on…

The blue print. We have an architect that will provide a blue print for you. Should you prefer to work with your own architect, that is also a possibility. We will cooperate with your architect from the beginning of the concept to the end of the remodel.

Yes! Although most of our business is remodeling, we take care of what we call your “honey do” list when needed. Don’t hesitate to reach out with your small repair. Your repair is just as important.

This one is hard to answer until we know what the homeowner is envisioning. Kitchen remodels vary greatly. Some homeowners choose to have any combination of new flooring, new paint, tile work, new countertops, and new appliances. Others go a step further and replace lighting, add built-in seating, incorporate a custom wine cabinet, and more. During our consultation, we’ll listen to your ideas and wishes, and give suggestions when needed to stay within your budget.

Not necessarily! Actually, most of our customers stay at home during the project. We try our best not to disturb the home’s normal activities.

Usually it takes 2 to 3 months dependent on kitchen size and details involved in the project. The first step is to take measurements. We then supply the customer with a 3 dimensional sketch so they will be able to better envision their future kitchen. We also provide a sample of the cabinet door, with the wood color and style that the customer had chosen. After appoval we move on with the process. Building custom cabinets can take 4 to 8 weeks (depending on the size and the amount of detail in the kitchen), we then install the custom cabinets, floors, countertops, plumbing, electrical which can take another 4 to 6 weeks.

Absolutely! Permitting makes sure that your project is being built to National Building codes. City inspections could be viewed as an insurance policy. Inspections of the work performed insure that the project is being built for your safety.

Hieber Homes will obtain the relevant permits as part of our service. Our representative will physically go to the City and deal with the different departments for attaining your permit.

It depends on why you’re getting repairs and renovations done. Our community has first-hand experience dealing with damaging storms and the damage they leave behind. Talk to our general contractor who can answer your questions about costs.

Yes. 100% financing is available. Hieber Homes has established relationship with major banks. Our finance advisor will contact you and meet you at your home.
